My Story
From a lot of chapters to this one.
My path here hasn't exactly been linear. I started my career in finance and business, eventually found my way into mental health, and have reinvented my own life a few times along the way.
I've navigated divorce, career changes, big moves, starting over, and plenty of my own inner work. I've traveled, gone down a few rabbit holes in the name of self-discovery, ended up at an ayahuasca retreat, and learned that sometimes the things that change your perspective the most aren't the things you planned for.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped believing that figuring yourself out always has to be so serious. I think there's just as much value in a really good conversation, doing something that scares you a little, getting out of your routine, laughing at yourself, or having someone beside you while you figure out what comes next.
That's really where Pocket Full of Sunshine came from. A place for real connection, new perspective, and a reminder that you're allowed to have some fun with this whole being-a-person thing, too.
